Mr. Xu has practiced law as a lawyer for more than 20 years and handled a large number of commercial lawsuits including stocks, futures trading and real estate disputes, and criminal, civil and administrative cases. He has served as the legal counsel for the establishment of large Sino-foreign joint ventures, establishment of joint stock companies, IPO, additional offering of shares, allotment of shares, asset restructuring, equity transfer, M&A, corporate financing, and real estate development. He has rich experience in finance, securities, company and real estate, and strong practical skills.
