Ms. Yang joined Hengtai in May 2020. Prior to joining Hengtai, Ms. Yang had worked for the Fortune 500 foreign-invested companies for many years and served as the Senior Director at the Legal Department of Medtronic China, and the head of the Legal and Compliance Department of Gilead Sciences China.

Ms. Yang has over 20 years of work experience. She also worked for well-known European law firms and US law firms for many years, provided various multinational companies with legal services and accumulated rich experience regarding foreign investment, M&A, a wide range of corporate matters and employment. In addition, Ms. Yang also served as in-house legal counsel of a private listed company and  lawyer at a domestic law firm, provided legal services with respect to operation of private business entities, M&A of state-owned companies, joint venture, litigation and arbitration, etc.
