In the field of fund management, led the completion of over ten projects involving the registration of local and non-local fund managers and fund record-filing; provided comprehensive legal services for the investment platform of a central state-owned enterprise (SOE) listed company, covering the entire process of fund raising, investment, management, and exit—from the establishment of the platform to the structuring of a mother fund with a recorded scale of RMB 1.4 billion—and offered professional legal consultation and due diligence support for subsequent investment decisions.

In the field of capital operations, legal services such as investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring, and equity incentives are provided to enterprises preparing for listing, so as to improve the enterprises' management structure and operational efficiency; meanwhile, legal services related to daily corporate governance are offered to match practical needs.

In the field of foreign-related legal services, proficient in handling English legal documents, including translating, reviewing agreements, and drafting reports.

In the field of litigation and dispute resolution, represented clients in complex equity disputes, intellectual property disputes, and international trade cases, providing efficient solutions; has handled international trade disputes and maritime cases involving Fortune Global 500 companies, and reached solutions that satisfy the clients.
